Real workflows from real firms, not demos.
Workpaper and bank-feed cleanup
Turn messy exports and statements into reconciled, review-ready workpapers in a fraction of the time.
Citation-grounded tax research
Draft and pressure-test positions with research you can trace to primary source and actually verify.
Client communication, drafted and triaged
Turn raw notes and a full inbox into clear client emails and summaries, with you reviewing before anything sends.
This is for you if…
The Lab is built around specific people doing specific work. Most of us are in tax, bookkeeping, or advisory at firms with 1–50 people. All of us are trying to use AI for something more than drafting emails.
- You run or work at a small-to-mid accounting firm. Solo through ~50 people is the sweet spot.
- You’ve tried Claude or ChatGPT for work. You’re past “what is AI” and into “how do I actually build with this.”
- You want to ship things. Automations, prompts, skills, internal tools, not just talk about them.
- You’re tired of generic AI advice. Course content aimed at “all business owners” doesn’t land when you’re staring at a trial balance.
- You learn better with peers than alone. This is a working group: you build alongside people doing the same work.
How the Lab works
Apply
Tell us about your firm and what you’re trying to pull off with AI. Takes about two minutes.
Show up
Join the weekly session, browse the builds library, ask a question in a conversation, or just lurk. You set the pace.
Build with us
Share something you made. Help someone who’s stuck. Steal something from the library and remix it for your firm. That’s the whole thing.
