Can data retention/memory be turned off on Claude's team/enterprise plans?

One member noted that memory can reportedly be turned off on Claude's team plans, giving something close to zero data retention (ZDR). They mentioned that Anthropic's 30-day memory statement had previously spooked a number of people away from using certain features, themselves included.
