Work with Charlie directly
Time with Charlie Barmore, a CPA who's built and run real firms. One way in: start with a $500 AI Review, and if the report points to work worth doing, he implements it with you.
The AI Review
A 90-minute call and a written report on where AI fits your firm. Start here.

Charlie builds it with you, scoped and quoted from your review.
How it worksThe AI Review
$500. One 90-minute call, then a written report.
You and Charlie meet for 90 minutes and go deep on your firm: how you work today, where AI actually fits, and what's in the way. After the call you get a written report with his findings and specific recommendations, in order, that you can implement yourself.
If you want him to implement them instead, he quotes that from the report, and your $500 credits toward the engagement. If not, the report is yours and you're done.
Not sure you need a review yet? That's what membership is for.

Charlie Barmore
CPA, CFE, CVA
Charlie’s your person if you want AI doing the actual work of your firm.
- Real firm workflows: tax prep, accounting, client deliverables
- Proposal generation and pricing your services
- Getting from “I saw someone do a cool thing” to it running in your firm
Implementation
Scoped from your review. Fixed fee, quoted before the work starts.
When the review points to work worth doing, Charlie does it with you. Focused builds run three to four working sessions over four to six weeks. The full engagement runs eight weeks hands-on across your firm: prep, review, research, client communication, guardrails set for client data, workflows documented, your team trained to run it after he leaves. You keep everything he builds.
This is for a firm that works. If your fees are too low or your season is already breaking you, AI will make a broken firm faster at being broken, and Charlie will tell you that on the first call and point you to Fix Your Firm instead.
