Has anyone set up AI voice agents to handle client communication end-to-end, from phone calls through scheduling and record-keeping?

One member described setting up a voice AI agent to answer the phone (after hours or when busy), integrated via Zapier through cal.com to Google Calendar and Gmail, with call information also flowing into their practice management/financial software. Another member, when asked if they'd done anything similar on the front end, said no — they use Kuo (a phone system) which has some AI receptionist capability, but they haven't tried it yet. Their AI work has been focused on the back end (tax review and presentation), not front-end client intake or communication.
