Has building custom internal tools actually reduced close time (e.g., a 5-day close) or shown measurable time savings for the team?

From the July 8 call · Member Builds: Ben Coons

Ben said he hasn't noticed overall time savings yet, in part because the tools he shared aren't fully rolled out to the team - he's still personally testing and tweaking them. However, on some client-specific, previously manual tasks, he has seen efficiency gains. For example, a 300-row spreadsheet that the team used to manually record and post is now automatically pulled in and broken apart into individual transactions ready to post, showing efficiency on smaller, specific items even though broader close-time reduction hasn't been measured yet.
