How can I use Claude Projects to capture ongoing frustrations/ideas and turn them into automation opportunities?

Create a project in Claude Chat and set the project instructions to something like: "I'm going to dump in all the ideas and frustrations I encounter in my daily work — help me figure out how you could help me make these things better or solve them." Then, whenever something tedious comes up, just add it to that project's chat and work through it with Claude to see what it suggests and how to implement it.
