How can our firm build an internal system to store and query all our call transcripts using AI?

From the July 8 call · Member Builds: Ben Coons

One firm built a system where call transcripts (from Fireflies) are pushed directly into a Supabase database via GitHub actions. Every call from anyone with a Fireflies license in the firm gets loaded, including participants, topics, action items, sentiment, a summary, and the raw transcript text. Claude is connected to Supabase via MCP, so the team can query the data directly, and it also feeds other internal tools. Claude is also used to classify call type and run a confidentiality filter, so one-on-one calls are marked restricted while things like sales calls and training are marked public and queryable. Client names are coded so records link to the firm's other databases. The stated goal is to centralize all firm data in one place so additional tools can be built on top of it.
