How difficult is it to pull text messages (e.g. from WhatsApp) into Airtable for client communication tracking?

55:09From the June 17 call · Claude Skills, Model Selection, and Custom Client Dashboards

It was described as easy when using a phone system with a good API (the speaker uses Quo, formerly known as Open Phone). Zapier or Make is used to route texts from that phone system into Airtable, with a script (built with help from Claude) to thread and group messages by client per week. For a firm using WhatsApp instead, the suggestion was to check whether WhatsApp's API is compatible with Airtable/Zapier-style integrations, since the speaker was confident an equivalent setup would be possible.
