How do I consolidate and store outputs (markdown files, chat content) across different Claude conversations so I can pick a project back up later?

One practice is exporting outputs into a desktop folder for projects you expect to revisit, then pushing that folder to Dropbox or Google Drive so Claude can pick up the project later. This matters because the context window eventually collapses (well over 100,000 tokens) — long chats, such as one working on podcast scripts, started losing context repeatedly, requiring a new chat. When a conversation gets too long, Claude's "brain" can only hold so much data before it starts losing context on what came earlier.
