How do you get your team interested in and engaged with using AI tools like Claude?

From the July 8 call · Member Builds: Ben Coons

Ben's approach was to create an internal AI group with team members who had been with the firm for a few years, and require them to use the tools. The group met weekly, and Ben would go around the room calling on people with cameras on to share what they'd used Claude for that week. He would push them further each time - asking if they'd considered other use cases, and giving them ideas to try for the following week. This started in March and took several months before the team reached its current level, where they now have an internal systems admin who takes artifacts built in Claude, gets the code, and uploads/connects tools into QuickBooks. Ben's next step is to have these engaged people lead their own smaller pods to bring more team members into the process and build comfort with the tools over time.
