How do you make an AI assistant search through large volumes of client call transcripts and task data?

From the July 8 call · Member Builds: Ben Coons

The team found that with large amounts of transcript text, a simple search wasn't enough — they had to add vector layers on top of the transcripts so the system could search effectively. They also kept a unique client ID code (rather than the client's name) running through all the underlying database tables, which made it possible to ask the AI what's going on with a given client and have it pull together overdue tasks, pending items, and recent activity like a specific call date into an overall summary.
