Is an internally-built client portal designed to be mobile-friendly?

Ben said probably not - his internal team tool was never designed with mobile use in mind since the team works at computers. The client portal can technically be viewed on a mobile phone, but it hasn't been optimized for that, mainly because clients are typically reviewing owner statements, which is not an easy task to do on a phone. Clients can view statements (hosted in a separate tool) and send messages about them, but mobile optimization wasn't a priority given the nature of the work.
