Is it safe to put client PII into Claude Chat, Claude Team, or similar AI tools?

This was raised as an open concern rather than resolved. One participant said she has a Claude team plan but is nervous about entering PII because of warnings she's heard (including from a podcaster) that such advice shouldn't be taken as authoritative, and no clear guidance was given in this part of the discussion on whether/how it's safe to input PII into these tools.
