What inspired building a centralized platform to replace multiple disconnected software tools, and how has the team responded?

From the July 8 call · Member Builds: Ben Coons

Ben said team buy-in has been mostly positive, though there was some hesitation from staff who were previously employed by BotKeeper, since that company heavily marketed itself as 'AI, AI, AI' before folding, leaving some skepticism. Once Ben is able to narrow in on a specific pain point a team member has with a client and build something in the platform that solves it, he says a 'light bulb goes off' and they become enthusiastic. His stated goal is to pay for almost no outside software by the end of the year - tools like Uncat, Karbon, Zenith, and a separate survey tool are being phased out as everything gets consolidated into this system or a Karbon replacement they're building.
