What's the difference between using Claude's desktop app versus the website version?

The only real difference noted is that the co-work feature is only available on desktop, not on the website or phone. Co-work uses a similar setup to projects (pointing it to specific files) but is designed for multi-step processes with a visible checklist, better suited to big projects rather than simple asks. Otherwise, the desktop and web versions function the same. One member said they don't use the desktop version much since they don't rely heavily on co-work. There is reportedly a new "dispatch" type button that may let you trigger co-work actions from your phone, but no one on the call had used it yet.
